Soirée confiture de mûre
Récolte de mûre 1868 g de mûre.
Après extraction du jus, on obtient 1500 g de jus.
On ajoute 700 g de sucre confisuc et une heure de cuisson.
A la fin on a trois pots de confiture de mûre sans pépin… De la gelé.
